and electromechanical components, computer products from leading manufacturers. Serving customers in over 24 countries,
Prism adds value to these products and provides world-class supply-chain management and solution integration.
The Company is a vital link in the chain that connects suppliers of components, interconnect products, passive
and electromechanical devices to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that design and build the electronics
equipment for end-market use, and to other industrial customers.
In addition, the Company distributes a variety of computer products to the end user and the reseller channels.
Through its electronic components distribution activities, Prism Electronics acts as an extension of supplier's
sales force by marketing products to a larger base of customers than individual suppliers could do economically.

Prism Electronics database currently manages over 648,972 line items (both active and passive components), including
available excess stock from partner companies.
Our independent stocking distributor status allows us to negotiate when and where we like, whereas a franchised
distributor cannot. It is sourcing at its best as well as the most efficient means for selling our OEM customers'
slow-moving products.

Prism Electronics is located in a 22.000 square foot ESD compliant facility in Morgan Hill, California, USA. And another facility in San Jose, USA.
